Well it certainly has been a while since I've heard any news on this movie, but it seems that Matt Gibson's upcoming 9/11 zombie horror is now in post production and has just released a new poster and an official trailer. Synopsis: "Two groups of twenty-somethings decide to race to the top of each of the twin towers on September 11, 2001. The towers are hit by terrorist attacks, but the terrorists don't die in the plane crash; they resurrect as zombies hell-bent on their mission to destroy America. These undead jihadists hunt down the characters one by one with box-cutters and nail-clippers in dual 110 story bloodbaths!"
The film features an ensemble cast headed by horror queen Shannon Lark (Retardead, Psychic Experiment) and newcomer Aleksander D'Avignon (Misdirection), as well as Blakely Bunnell (The Watermen), Brett Culbert (Vampire Diaries Parody), and Betsy Landin (Dolphin Tale). Special effects are being handled by Morb X Fx (Space Truckers, Face Off) and Rafael Oriente Mendes (Vorgon, Divista Dos Corvos). This is the first feature by writer/director Matt Gibson.
